    Paul sold us a scooter less than a week later the wheel was wobbly and he sent his engineer put and told him to blame is for it to make is pay the engineer has no qualification he is a painter he was very honest with us told that his boss told him to pin it on us got a second scooter as a replacement and still does not work supposed to be a Ex display model what a con stay away from Paul he is a con man

    Run by a Conman, No onsite engineer as the so called mechanic has NO qualifications to repair scooters as his trade is Painting and decorating, Overpriced second hand scooters, has no after sale responsibility, should be shut down and sued for conning those in need, you go with finance and end up paying nearly double the asking price, of which you can buy a new one for, a total sham and con. I had a repair that needed doing and ended up straining myself by fixing the problem of which has the scooter running great, no thanks to Paul & co, as they were told what to do and totally ignored me.

    AVOID AVOID AVOID Bought a mobility scooter (overpriced but just wanted something urgently so we could have days out as struggling to walk) for my terminally ill partner in July 2020. Was advised at the time of purchase that the scooter would be bought back less 20%. Tried to do this and was told by the owner to sell it privately as he would not buy the scooter back. When I said that was not the agreement he replied that we are in lockdown - we bought the scooter in lockdown!!!! Absolute joke. Don’t waste your money or time, just go somewhere more reputable. If I could of given a minus rating I would of done, one star is way too much

    I brought a scooter from this company in January 2020 and i was told the scooter was an ex display model and only a year old, but really it was a 6 year old scooter which i found out later off another company when it broke down...i have had nothing but trouble with this scooter and have put a lot of money into repairs on it...they are nothing but rip off merchants and i would advise people to stay away from this company they sold me a load of rubbish.
