Been dealing with this company for all my hire needs with out an issues, until my last hire. when i arrived at my hotel we 'd received an antiquated hoist. We'd ordered and paid for an electric hoist, but had received a manual one. We spoke with the third party company who supplied the hoist to our hotel, and they said these were the only one's they did. I had to get some more help to get me into bed as we didn't trust the hoist. Once we returned home, I emailed Mobility hire direct to discuss the problems we'd had. I've had not one response from anyone about my issue. I feel that they have washed their hands of the problem, now they've got my money.

Real bad experience. After having confirmed the booking and being payed through paypal, they told us that they were not delivering to our area because didn't have any chair left in our area. We had everything booked and we had to cancel the hotel because going there without chair was not proper. Paypal charged fees for the payment and for the reinbursment, and we lost 40 euro in total. They did not wanted to pay for any of this. Additionally really hard to reach the contact center. PLEASE DO NOT RENT TO THEM!!!!!

Terrible company, illegally delivered two heavy boxes in the rain. Parents (both disabled) could not get the boxes in the house, had to push them in with their wheelchair, portable scooter in 30 something bits and too heavy to lift out the boxes, which are now jamming the hallway. Had to phone up a handyman to come and move them as they trapped my dad in the hallway. Phoned the company, got hung up on first call and told to bog off on the second. Not only are this company rude they are incompetent. Do not hire from these people! Total scam, they don't acknowledge complaints. I'm reporting them to everyone I can!
