The Customer
Very unhappy. A miserable man answers the phone. This shambles supplied my 91 year old mother an electric/push wheel chair March 2023. Via a charity donation. The cable dropped off yesterday. I called them straight away. 1. The man showed no interest accused us of badly handling the equipment before even asking what the issue was. 2 immediately said there’s a £35:00 call out fee. Didn’t take into account a charity supplied the chair as my mother couldn’t afford it. She doesn’t have money to blow. 3. Didn’t take into account the chair has a 12 month guarantee and just didn’t care. 4. Didn’t listen as to how the cable dropped off just wanted to blame user error. 4. Now my mother has a chair which she loves in a state of dis repair Loads of other companies to use. Don’t use this shower. That’s it. Nothing fixed.

The access to the shop is brilliant, plenty of scooters to look at. The knowledge of the sales person was brilliant, he helped me choose the kymco agility. The service and great attitude of all the staff is outstanding. I purchased this and it was delivered and install to the hoist of my car. Never looked back since absolutely gave me my freedom back.
