Once money has been handed over, he changes to a disinterested, vaguely rude man who insists all problems reported to him are not really problems and in instances where an issue is undeniable, it’s not covered by warranty and there’s no sense of urgency about getting anything done to rectify problem or complete repairs.

I needed short term rental on a wheelchair for my visiting parents. I found Mobility Assistance online and they were great. They were one of the few providers that offered short term rentals, and at reasonable prices too. I made a reservation over the phone and then collected the chair as arranged. The customer service was excellent and doing business with them was very easy. I'll definitely be going back next time my parents visit and would recommend them without hesitation
