TOTAL RUBBISH! took my phone to be repaired, got it back two days later...not working! Returned it the next day, was told I get a call... got nothing, I visited the shop and phoned several times over the next two weeks, each time a different excuse... my phone had to go to London a few times. Was told I'd have to pay more (£70) to get if fixed! I now have a phone back (NOT MINE) NOT same network NOT same colour a badly fitted back NOT same size .had a 512gb now a 128gb wasn't told this. It still has the last person's info on it!

The power button dropped out of my Samsung Note mobile phone. I went into Mobile World in Portsmouth, they told me they would order another power button and if I took the phone in next day they would repair it whilst I waited. And that is exactly what happened! Top marks to Sohail and his team, highly recommended for great workmanship, sensible pricing and first class customer service.

My Son had damaged his screen and display on his Samsung Phone. So after being recommended this place from a friend, we decided to give them a call, was given a excellent price for the repair and a quick turnaround. After the repair a problem did develop with the audio. The very friendly people in this shop didn't even question that it could of been a new problem therefore a new charge. He offered straight away to fix it for free, even know it needed a new part. So in my opinion I would really recommend this place for any phone repairs
