We contacted Dr Randall for help with our much loved dog. He had been suffering with sore paws, itching, a skin rash to name just a few of his symptoms. Well, what can I say?! Within a couple of hours of the vets first visit he was more relaxed, not scratching, not licking. We hadn’t realised how swollen his paws had become over time, within a day we could see the definition of his individual toes! He has certainly got an added bounce to his step. 😁 Dr Randall is amazing and brilliant. The care, concern and time that she has given to our beloved chap has been just incredible. We can not thank or praise her enough for all that she has done! Also, big thanks to Sandra.

Dr Annette came out to visit our puppy and took such good care of him. It wasn’t a typical “in and out” appointment like in a vet surgery. Dr Annette was thorough, gave plenty of advice, and really listened to our questions and concerns. She was unable to make the first appointment due to an emergency which is completely understandable, and she kept in contact with me the entire time which I was really grateful for. I would highly recommend Dr Annette’s services to anyone with a pet that they love and want the best for. Thank you so much.

I cannot recommend the services provided by Dr Annette Randall enough. She helped my 12 year old cat take her final journey & was so compassionate, so kind & understanding. She has a natural ability to put you at ease, I could truly feel the love she has bounding out of her. I am eternally grateful to Dr Annette for making what was a terribly heartbreaking situation into a really respectful, perfect passing for my baby girl.

I unfortunately had to use Dr Randall's services a couple of weeks ago when my 15 year old Jack Russel (Arry) became unwell on a Sunday. I already had an idea of what they would tell me when they arrived. Dr Randall was in touch during the day when she had a chance as she was on various jobs. Dr Randall and her sister came to my house layer that evening, they were here for around 2 hours. Unfortunately I was told the news I had been dreading but it was his time to leave us. As heartbreaking as it was , it was the correct and kindest thing to do. I could not of asked for a better vet to of been there for my Boy she was amazing both her and her sister were. They comforted both my Dog and me and my partner they were both kind and caring. it's taken me a while to be able to write this review but they really did make a bad situation the best it could be. I cannot reccomend highly enough. Dr Annette and Sandra were able to come out promptly to visit one of my very shy cats. They were both very professional, kind and caring. They gave my cat a thorough check and made sure I understood what care she needed going forward. They were both very helpful and gave me the confidence that my cat was having the best care in her home environment without the need for a stressful trip to a vet. Thank you both.

I cannot praise Dr Randall and Sandra highly enough! They were there for me in our time of need, taking care of my German shepherd with care, compassion, respect and, of course, clinical expertise. I have used Dr Randall's services twice, and have been highly pleased, both in getting my dog better and at the end of her life, when together we gave her a "good death". My pup was peaceful and calm in her own home, with me there at every moment. I am so grateful to Dr Annette and Sandra for making a such difficult time so very much easier -- on both me and my much-loved dog.

I first contacted Dr Randall during the Covid lockdown as I was worried my 16 year old poorly border collie Blew would require euthanasia at some point and I knew my own veterinary hospital would not come to my home. Dr. Randall, accompanied by her lovely assistant ended up coming to my home to treat Blew with acupuncture and laser therapy which worked successfully for several months giving me 6 more months with my beloved Blew. During this period we formed a friendship. Two weeks ago I eventually had to say goodbye to Blew and Dr Randall helped Blew over to the Rainbow Bridge with care, compassion and competence. Never a pleasant tine but I couldn't have wished for anything better than to have this lovely gentle vet and her caring assistant help both my precious dog and also my husband and I who were both heartbroken. I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Randall and her assistant and would recommend her services to anyone in need who wants the best treatment for their pet. Dr. Randall now has the care of another of my collies' equally precious to me, and I shall continue to ask her to help my dogs whenever it is appropriate. Barbara Macknish .
