    Had to replace screen on my Pixel 2. Called all the shops in Maidstone, everyone else could get a replacement in 2-3 days. MobileTek could do it by next morning and cheaper than the guys near by. Obvious choice, worked out well.

    Brought in a smartwatch for repair where the back of the watch became unadheased from the body. The guy mistook the plastic alignment pin that prevents the circular back of the watch from spinning for a plastic clip. Also went as far as to say that there should be other clips and they had broken off. The watch was designed to be glued together with no clips on the back. Walked away since the guy clearly has no idea what he's supposed to be doing. Had the watch glued elsewhere.

    I brought a Samsung galaxy S4 on the 10th July and I have had non stop problems with it, I went back to the store to get it sorted and all he said was if the memory card port continues to play up I should just update the software, however it had nothing to do with the software whatsoever, he sold me a faulty device, turns out it had been altered somehow by an unauthorised / unrecognised device and it needs to be connected to a computer to be rectified
