Being a postman and having to be on my feet for 6 to 7 hours daily gave me a painful heel Plantar Faciatis. After suffering from severe heel pains on my right foot for 8+ months I had almost given up that I would get any help. Visited the doctors got prescribed pain killers which helped treat the problem superficially. Saw a physiotherapist and had massages which gave a temporary relief but back to square one after a couple of weeks. Being in a desperate situation ready to try any form of treatment available I found Mobile Podiatry Ltd. and Paul. Booked the first consultation and came to know Paul as a very kind and compassionate person. Had my first treatment and I started feeling a lot better. After 2 weeks of treatment with a Compex machine provided by Paul for me to use daily I was on my way to recovery. After 4 weeks I'm back on my feet all day and its just thanks to Paul who knew exactly what was wrong and how to correct it at the source. No superficial treatments were done. He recommended some exercise routines and by following these I recovered very well in a short time. I had suffered the pain for a long time but thanks to Paul I am now pain free. Thank you Paul.
