    This is a good day out but is disappointing when you don't see some of the animals. I think maybe offering a return ticket to use within so long would be a good idea, to give you a second opportunity to hopefully catch a glimpse of all the animals you'd like to see. It was super busy today, so didn't even bother queuing for coffee or ice-cream!! 🤦 I was just happy to be able to see my favourite animal! Giraffes!!! 🦒🦒🦒

    Very nice wildlife park. Friendly staff and nice pens for the animals. The animals have lots of space and good quality pens with lots of vegetation. This is great though sometimes means the animals are so far away and hard to see if possible. One this could do with is more benches for sitting on throughout the parks and some more shade as we went on a hot day and needed more rest from the sun. Polar bears were great and nice to see them in large areas, even though it was sad to see them locked up. Would recommend for a great family day out. Also parking was very well organised and executed. Map could do with more detail and precision but wasn't a problem getting around (but make sure you have your walking legs on!)

    What a wonderful place. They're big on conservation and space, not parading animals in front of you like a zoo. So you might need some patience to see some animals like the leopard or the tiger. The walk through zones were the best. The wallabies were cool but the lemurs were my favourites, leaping overhead from tree to tree. Loads of play areas dotted around to break it up for kids and plenty of refreshments too. Nothing too expensive . We spent 6.5 hours there and could have gone longer. Really good day out.

    We visited today for Father’s Day luckily for a family of 6 I had 1 less adult to pay for but still cost £90 we all had a great day making our own entertainment but for how big the place is they were not enough animals very disappointing for both adults and children walked 6 miles and looked at empty fields and cages. It needs more animals for the size of the place. We visited 7 years ago and was so much better.
