My daughters iPad screen was cracked, took it to them to be repaired. Attempt 1 at repair, got it back to find half the touch screen wasn’t working, which wasn’t an issue whilst it was cracked. Texted to explain, agreed to repair it again and after another ‘repair?’ we are still having the same issue. Half the touch screen still isn’t working. Annoying as I checked the reviews first. At this point I don’t see the point in going back again. Also whoever was texting is rather rude and abrupt. A bit of customer service training wouldn’t go amiss.
