This place is to avoid at all costs. The guy that runs it and sells things is fine but it’s the technician that is a joker. Took my phone to get the camera lens replaced, it was replaced but the photo quality was very blurry, was then told that it’s a camera problem and not lens. So why not tell me in the first instance? Anyway avoid getting repairs. Buying standard stuff from them seems ok

Like many others in these comments, I went there a while ago for a phone repair procedure (nothing too complicated, just a charging port repair). After £100 and easily 6 or 7 visits, they eventually gave me my phone back, *broken*. They then refused to pay for any damage, or even to give me my money back, proudly claiming that I could never prove that they had done the damage! Avoid at all cost!

Went to repair my Iphone screen at this shop and they damaged the home button and tampered with the phone components and now the phone doesnt stay on longer than 5minutes before losing power and restarting. When I informed them of the issue straight away they tried to charge me extra to get the phone fixed back to the original condition i gave it to them in and then started becoming abusive after I requested a refund. I would like to advise others not to get there gadgets repaired here. In addition, I have reported this unprofessional store to the trading standards.
