I'm impressed by how efficient this Mobile Pets Crematory is. They were also flexible to my needs: I wanted to spend an extra day with my deceased rabbit before she was collected and they were quick to respond and rearrange a time. The driver arrived when he said he would earlier that day via text message. I was allowed to put her in the collection box and given a moment to say farewell to her one last time. My pets remains have been returned to me within 6 days of collection. Her ashes were posted the day before I received her via tracked/first class royal mail. I received her in a small clear plastic bag which was sealed shut and then placed in a big box, which I thought was respectful given how small her remains were. Thank you Mobile Pet Crematory

My beloved cat was collected last week. The phone service was very nice at a heavy time of grief. The driver was also very friendly. I'm very happy with the service. The only 2 down sides were the plastic box used to collect him, if it was covered in a nice fabric like velvet it would have been much nicer. Alai the return postage cost was pretty high, double what royal mail charged 8 for signed for, especially when royal mail just left his ashes in the wheelie bin, but that's not this companies fault. On the whole very happy with the service. Thank you.

Sadly our loved puppy Koko died and Mobile Pet Crematory helped us to look after Koko’s body. Service very good, respectful. Easy and fast communication. After cremation Koko’s ashes were delivered within days, nicely packed. All you can expect from the service was delivered

These guys were incredible at such a heartbreaking time. Even though I don’t have a fixed address because of living on a canal boat they still took a location marker and met me so I could hand over my furbaby for cremation. The delivery of his ashes was super fast and it’s made the experience way less traumatic than it already was. 100% would recommend and will use them again if and when needed :) They were super responsive with any questions I had too

Amazing service during a very difficult morning, we said goodbye to our cat & when I rang up very upset the employee was amazing and calm voice. The communication was amazing, helped correct mistakes on my order when I over paid & the driver came to the house with such an amazing attitude. Very lovely to myself & allowed me to say my last goodbyes ❤️
