Due to the fact I had to visit this shop as the one in Strood has shut down, I was amazed that the owner still has a dont care attitude and actually has the ability to make you feel unwelcome!!!!! I genuinely havent met such a rude, ignorant business owner ever before. How this shop remains open is a mystery. I have had the misfortune to have to visit this shop around 6 times in the last 3 years and every time is the same. I am now going to travel to go to another shop rather than enter this shop again. If you dont believe how bad it is, just pop in there one day to look at something, the owner is terrible.
