Sent my phone in which was in a really bad way. He checked it over for me and tried to fix it but there was a lot wrong with it and it would have been expensive so he gave me some advise what to do instead of fixing it and charged me nothing for doing the tests and trying to fix it. Highly recommend.

First class service by John and his team at Mobile Masters. I am a fellow tech repair shop owner and we sent one of our Apple MacBook 16" 2021's into John to have a genuine Apple screen replacement via his Apple IRP service. We were kept updated throughout the process, the repair was completed quicker than expected and posted back to us promptly. We will definitely be using Mobile Masters for any further Apple IRP work in the near future.

I called into mobile masters after reading the reviews online. My MacBook would not switch on, John had a look and diagnosed the problem very quickly and showed me how to rectify the problem if it happened again. John did not charge me for this service as it was a quick repair, this was extremely generous of him and made my day as I expected a bill. Fantastic service from John & Mobile Masters. I will use him again if needed and you should too, if reading this review. Fantastic service.

After being recommended by 2 friends I brought my damaged phone into be repaired if possible. John explained everything to me about cost and repair. Before repairing the phone John rang me to explain that the charging port had been damaged as well as the screen. He asked if I wanted it repairing or have a new port installed. Inside 2 days I received my phone back fully repaired and looking like new.
