Can't fault the service Kerry provided, he answered my whatsApp message quickly and efficiently, asked for some photos of my old van stereo, a picture of the new one i purchased, the wiring loom etc and immediately gave me a price which i was happy with and he booked me straight in to his next available slot, when he turned up he was courteous and friendly and did a fantastic job, and left the place clean and tidy! i now have a radio after 4 years of the old one not working at all, it sounds great! thank you Kerry.

Wow, what fantastic service! From first contact, communication with Kerry was quick and helpful. He advised on make and model of DAB+ car radio/CD player I could have to replace the built-in AM/FM/CD model plus roof aerial in my 12-year-old Yaris. He recommended a Pioneer FH-S820DAB, 2DIN (double height) model. As I'm a bit out of his area, I drove to Bournemouth at the appointed day/time and walked off for a coffee and some lunch while he did the job. Half an hour before he'd finished he texted me to say it was nearly ready, so it was all done by the time I returned. He then spent quite a time going through all the bells and whistles of the new audio system with me. Very professional, very friendly, very good experience. If only all tradespeople had the same exceptional work ethic and customer relations skills!! Kerry could teach them a thing or two.
