I have contacted Tomasz after receiving a faulty model from an online retailer. I brought the bike to a local bike shop and they quoted me 70 GBP to fix it, which was over what the retailer would have refunded me. I called Tomasz to get another quote. He came to my place and started inspecting the bike (the issue was with the handlebars). After several trials he discovered that the issue was not what the cycle shop had told me. He replaced the stem with a new one and in half an hour my bike was ready to go. He even asked me to try the bike to make sure everything was ok. When l came back and asked for the price for the labour , Tomasz shrugged before saying that l only had to pay for the stem at retail price (he showed me the receipt). That was 50 GBP less than what they quoted at the local bike shop (they would have charged me 50 GBP labour!!!!). I cannot recommend Tomasz enough. A true professional, who loves what he does and will not let you go until you are entirely happy.

Recently contacted Mobile Bike Repair to have my brake pads, chain and front tyre/inner tube replaced. They were very responsive and provided me with a quote within the hour and booked me in for an appointment the following morning. Tom came out to my house and was very approachable, professional and enthusiastic and managed to sort everything out in an hour and then took the time to explain the reasoning behind his process. Was very happy with the service and cannot recommend enough, will definitely be my go to for bike repairs from now on!
