    Waited almost 6 months for delivery of two chairs with charges paid up front only to discover mobelaris now after delivery sells them 20pct cheaper. Quality of one chair was top top. Unfortunately the other was not with small marks and even a scratch of 3cm by 2mm covered up with furniture wax with poor colour match. Not a very happy customer.

    Do not use this company! I would leave zero stars if I could. Customer service is absolutely shocking. Trying to get a refund is virtually impossible and I have also discovered that If I do receive a refund I will have to pay 15% of the cost of my order for the pleasure. And the customer service explanation is that it is all on the the website! What is also on the website which may fool the customer are the big banners claiming express delivery.

    UPDATE: I've changed my review from 1 star to 4 because the customer service is on the ball and got in contact with me to sort things out, and we found a satisfactory solution. I would still rate the courier company (Simarco) 1 star, which would be generous. Utterly incompetent (though the delivery drivers on both occasions were kind and seemed good people). They were responsible for all this mess, and it's not fair to blame Mobelaris for their couriers' incompetence. I hope they give them a good boot. The product itself is of great quality, and hope will be with me for many years. -- initial review -- First the delays. I bought it because it was offering dispatch in 48 hours. Ordered June 1. On June 7 they said it was running late. On the 16th - they delivered the wrong item. A huge corner sofa that was meant for someone else. Probably the courier's fault. A HUGE box. I had to really get mad for them to collect it, and it still took over a week. Today it's July 14, and finally took delivery and it's damaged. So annoying. Now it'll take time to collect so another huge thing in my office, and now I have to find and order from somewhere else. They did offer to refund the postage for delay compensation, but they've wasted a lot of what is most valuable to me, my time. And caused a lot of stress.

    Over the last couple of months I've been contacting the costumer service for the inner dimensions of the drawers of the Lucas sideboard. Apparently, this isn't readily available or measurable, which doesn't bode well for the transparency of their supply chain. At the end of the line, I hear that the actual size of the sideboard is not as advertised on their website but actually quite a bit bigger, which excludes it from what we were initially searching for. The explanation: they changed their supplier or manufacturer. This is quite a poor way of doing business. If you advertise something online at least the first step should be to mention the correct product description. If the manufacturer changes the dimensions, you should adapt your description accordingly. To conclude: poor transparency, poor costumer service. EDIT: One month later and the information on the website still hasn't changed.

    Appalling service. The goods (Tolix stools) arrived as the wrong size. The box was too small so was not even opened but to send them photos of proof. Once returned they have taken over 2 months and still not reimbursed. They keep saying it will be inspected by the warehouse. But I have already received correspondence to say that it was inspected by the warehouse. I don’t believe they plan on reimbursing the monies at all. Terrible service. Has taken 4+ months and have chased c8-10 times. Don’t order from them!

    I ordered a lamp from this company in early January. The item arrived after after several weeks in a damaged condition, where the shade hung unevenly. The box was undamaged, but sections of the internals were bent & broken. The box had clearly been opened and re-sealed, so must have been damaged pre-dispatch. I raised the problem with their customer service team within a few hours of the delivery, providing photos of the damage. The damaged lamp was returned immediately after they shared the returns info. After nearly 2 months, I still have now substantive response and no refund! I would suggest you consider purchases from this company very carefully before placing an order.

After spending most of the day trying to phone(nobody answered) I finally got in contact with Laura at custumer service. She was very understanding and today I got 2 new chairs that lookes okey.
