We are now the proud owners of this fantastic Mobalpa kitchen. It's sleek, modern and full of great space saving devices (we are spoilt for choice). But what has also made dealing with Mobalpa such a plasure , has been the excellent help and advice we received from Sonal. She went above and beyond to make sure the kitchen was designed to work for us and that all the pieces tunrend up and fitted. She also held our hand all the way through the build, even when our builder dropped out. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I have one of their fitted kitchen, installed by the previous owner of the house less than 5 years ago. I called to ask if they could come to replace the entire kitchen top, as it impedes the opening of some drawers. I was told that they do not usually “get out” for such small works, and that it would cost me relatively a lot of money to “just replace the top”. My observations: (1) if you do your kitchen with this company be prepared, because if anything breaks down, or you want to replace something, they will not assist you; (2) They are unprofessional, because they did not even gave me a quote, despite promising one (its a big sliding top, and I was prepared to pay a lot to replace it). (3) They are not business savvy: next time I change house and need a new fully fitted kitchen guess who I will NOT call? Common problem in London I am afraid, with the excess demand entitling businesses to threat customers without any respect.

We decided to go ahead with Mobalpa Islington after shopping around and visiting several other kitchen providers. Their quality of products, overall customer service, reviews from other clients and our interaction with Sonal just did it for us. We have been in the property 3 months now and I absolutely love my kitchen. I love the quooker tap, the le mans carousel, the colour scheme-plain and textured, love everything about it. Super glad we went for drawers and not cupboards. Sonal had a design solution for every glitch that could have come up. She's absolutely brilliant and has an amazing eye for detail. I love the open shelving at both ends of the kitchen. I really enjoy being in my kitchen Thanks a million , Sonal and Edmund for a great service, all your patience with our questions and requests and making our many kitchen design wishes come true.
