    I had a problem with my door lock and could not get in. Jarek arrived, and seemed to know what the problem was and it was the key, went to the van, came back and the key worked. Excellent service, very polite, explaining everything as we went along. He rechecked everything that is was in order, nothing was to much trouble. When he asked about the back door, he checked that, and did some dw40, I said I only had 1 key for the back door, and went back to the van and cut a key for me. I was very impressed with his knowledge of his job. I would definitely recommend this company, and many thanks Jarek.

    Avoid at all costs. Never have I used a company as bad as MNM. Simple jobs take 3 attempts to complete, workers leave paint dripping to point it left puddles underneath, never used a dust sheet so paint was all over floor. When you try explain this to the receptionist she’s rude and goes on like I am the problem for the poor work carried out. Not to mention they send any worker to complete a job even if they ain’t qualified

    Your staff Jarek Locksmith came rushing to fix a boiler door which is originally raised off the floor. He was very professional and polite throughout. The door was raised so he needed to keep this upright with no support whilst trying to put screws in. This was no easy job as the door does not rest on the ground, yet he really worked hard to complete the task with no complaints. He is an asset to your team going above and beyond.     Booked appointments for Plumber and electrician 10 prior to the date due . The plumber changed the toilet screws while I was expecting a new toilet , he spent more time trying to convince me that my 25 years old toilet is fine and don’t need a new one than the job he has done , and the electrician should have come with new fans to change the bathroom and kitchens ones , however could not change them because , they did not have them in their van but asked if they can use my toilet. So I had to request a holiday from my employer to wait for them . 1 of them changed 4 screws and other came only to use my toilet . I feel like public toilet .what unprofessional guys!!!
