I was very happy, we called MNK Motors about a car we saw on Autotrader at 4.30pm on a Saturday - they were kind, thoroughly supportive and helped me through my 100 questions. Not only did he tell me everything I needed to know about buying a used car, he was clear and straightforward about all aspects of the car (really important for me!). Knowing it was a time sensitive purchase, they delivered it by 11am the next day, Sunday!!! They were wonderful and rushed back to work (a 90 minute drive away) without even having a tea break! THANK YOU.

Drove over 100 miles for a car that was described as perfect to discover it had filler in the NSF wing, the front bumper was pushed out on the same corner and i was suspect of the osr door as well. Not impressed to have wasted so much time. Could do better... That said, the person was friendly and not pushy on arrival etc.... just a bit more skill - or honesty would have been appreciated... (i did tell you i was 10 years in the trade!!).

Most of the reviews are fake, you should trust to unsatisfied people instead of happy customers, this garage sell Photoshop adjusted cars, and when you travel from far you are put on a position to buy the car, I am not happy because my car had a noise which they told me is from some small part, but for a year spent double the price of the car and is still not fixed, these guys are big big let me repeat BIG laiers, so avoid them at any cost! Also because they are very smart 😂 change the names of the companies every year, but the quality is same!

We bought a car 5 months ago, had a bad feeling at the time but my partner wanted it, we bought the car an their where a few issues,. We bought the car an we where told bring it back next week, we phoned several times but no answer, we took it to a garage after it broke down it has 35 electical faults an needs £1500 to reoair, but they passed the M. O. T in January shocking place avoid at all costs or it will cost you.

After purchasing a lovely Mitsubishi Outlander (delivered to my house) the rear brakes needed replacing, MNK footed the bill, I think this is excellent customer service, can't fault them, highly recommend!
