I thought this place should be the place to go given all the amazing reviews, but when I came to collect the car it was still in pieces despite being told it was ready to collect. A few days later the control module fell from above the pedals and nearly caused an accident. The door trim was not fitted properly and came off in my hand. To top it off, the diagnostic work was not helpful - another mechanic found out the real cause and is now fixed. Service: Electrical

I had a bad experience buying a Nissan that after 2 weeks presented some serious ECU issues. I brought back to the dealer who returned the car to me with a warning light on. For my own piece of mind I took the car to MnF. First they listened carefully about the whole story and tried to get the details before start working in the car. For about 3 days that the car spent in their hands they were always calling me to update and discuss about the matter. Finally they were very honest saying they could not fixed the car because there were some parts missing that the car dealer actually threw away. They also helped with my case, writing report pointing out the problem, which actually helped me to return the car to the dealer. When I asked about the price for their service, they said they would not charge as they had not done anything with the car, and I even offered a voluntary gratitude which they did not take, so I am writing this review, not only to tell about their professionalism, but also the sense of humanity and compassion they showed about my case. I manage to return the old car and buy a new one , which I will be taking for a service soon, as MnF definately got a new customer from now. Service: Electrical
