Paradise! I first came to the salon after buying a groupon deal for a face laser which was amazing and I have been going back ever since. After just a few sessions I’ve seen since a difference in the appearance in my skin. I have now had loads of treatments and absolutely love the results! The massage itself was really nice. Very relaxing. So why only 2 stars? It shouldn't have been relaxing. We paid for a couple's deep tissue massage. When i paid for it through Wowcher i then called to book and was told 'oh, I'm not sure if we can do that, i will have to check and I'll call you straight back' to which i said 'that's what I'd paid for do why would you not'. They didn't come back to me within a few hours so i called again and was told that it would be fine and the reason for the check was that they don't usually do couples deep tissue. I wondered why they are advertising and charging for something they don't usually provide. As this was a Christmas present for my wife i messaged a couple of times over the months since buying, using their Instagram and each time they confirmed that it WOULD be deep tissue and would be for us both. After the massage my wife and i both agreed it was pleasant but both said there was NO element of deep tissue, it didn't in any way hurt or feel uncomfortable as other deep tissue massages had been in the past. This leads me to be quite confident that they didn't have anyone to do deep tissue massage and didn't want to lose the sale so just fobbed me off stating it would be. So, overall a nice massage but certainly not what i paid for and after multiple assurances, a let down. Service: Massage

Had my appointment today at a very short notice I was accommodated, very friendly staff, made my experience very comfortable, had lazer fat removal and it was so relaxing, room was warm.
