    I sent my children here, it was all fine until my son had accident in school and doctors told him he can't do physical activity. I asked the owner for a refund for the remaining period which was already paid for, he refuses to refund. When you sign up, they make you sign on the tablet and don't give you a copy of the contract, when I asked for a copy to see the refund section, he refuses to provide it, and instead makes wild accusations and says he will report me to social services, (even though I showed clear proof of school first aid report) notice how he mentions this after the request of the refund. Do not send your children to this establishment, if someone can retaliate like this to a refund request, you don't know their mental state or what they are capable of. "Produce your proof, if you should be truthful." - provide a copy of the contract!!! - if he does this to you report to trading standards, request Subject Access Request and if he does not comply with the legal waiting period and provide the contract, report to Information Commissioners Office.
