WHAT A LET DOWN COMPANY literally had my systems down for 6 months was waiting for a service and called every other week only to be shouted at and had the phone shut in my face as soon as i'll mention my name. MM fire and security do not care about their clients and due to my system being down i was burgled and now insurance won't cover my expenses cheers guys

Awful customer service Ian Gayle is a crook and Eddy who I dealt with on the phone was not straightforward and lied about the service price and after providing the wrong service wanted more money!! Finally not only was the service shoddy it was unsafe as the electrician left a cable exposed! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! I cannot believe it is on NICEIC website and suggest it be removed as unfit.

Cowboys. Shoddy installation leaving hazardous loose wiring. Also failed to provide the ECIR certificate I paid £180 for (which is extortionate in its own right). I am currently seeking legal advice on the matter and reporting them to the regulators. So I strongly advise anyone to avoid this company at all costs!!!!!
