    We Made the mistake of choosing to Rent through MLM and shall not be doing it again. The building (city exchange Bradford) was broken into just about every night, which the company chose to ignore after every incident until the burglars got so brazen that they decided to come back and take every electrical cable out of the building, rendering 125 tenants homeless for 4 short weeks. The worst thing is that They didn’t communicate with any of the tenants about what was happening or when we’d be moving back in. They left us ALL to pay for our own temporary accommodation. they left people sleeping in there cars outside the building Complete lack of empathy Management not competent in there roles SUE KEMP BUILDING MANAGER

    The worst property management company I have ever seen. Not only they charge their tenants business rates for the electricity, but also they don't care about their tenants AT ALL. One of their property called City Exchange in Bradford had been deemed inhabitable, leaving 100s of people homeless. They did nothing to prevent this, nor helped the tenants in any way. The tenants were left homeless for 1.5 months.

    Disgusting company, they charge a service fee but they don’t provide a service, people dumping and fly tipping everyday outside my flat, they put a camera up yet nothing changes, everyone in the neighbourhood has access to the blocks bins and continues to dump. Sent them emails, no response. I live in Block F in chalkhill Road. I will not be paying my service fee going forward and will take this to court should MLM not act.

    From a property perspective, requests are dealt with quite seriously and are prioritised based on the safety and security of residents. I’m particularly happy with Shabz as he truly understood the difficulty I was facing and made it his utmost priority to ensure my request was dealt with within a few days. I will definitely go directly to Shabz on future occassions as I know how considerate and helpful he can be with requests.
