  I found MLC Immigration lawyers through a Google search. They were one of three firms I contacted regarding my families ILR application. They called me back in the same day I made the enquiry and. They were detailed, well communicated and chose to thoroughly understand the basis of my application.   I am happy to say that I recently picked up my spousal visa in Scotland . The visa process , as a whole, was quite overwhelming , confusing, and intimidating. As soon as we called this firm, everything became much easier, and we knew immediately that we wanted them on our side as we went through this. Tameem and Azima are incredible at their jobs, so very thorough. We worked with Azima the majority of the process. She is very professional, kind, and a pleasure to work with. She went over every step of the process ( sometimes more than once)and guided us in the documents needed. She is honestly one of the most patient people I have ever met. She remained calm and helpful, even when we were very stressed. My husband and I really appreciate the step by step process and how well she communicated. Through the entire process, Azima was pleasant and efficient. When I go to renew my visa we will most definitely be going with this firm.   My husband and I hired MLC to help us with our Spouse Visa for my immigration from the USA. They were wonderful!! I just received my approval. Annik was the person who responded to our inquiry first, and he was very quick about giving us details on how to get started. Tamanna then was our solicitor who helped us through the whole process. She always responded quickly, within 24 hours of my emails. She answered all of my questions thoroughly in language I could understand, with lots of patience if I needed clarification on anything. She also made every effort to be available for phone calls whenever we needed it. Everything went very smoothly because of how well she prepared our application.   We did our research on the UK fiancé/spousal visas and felt that although we had a pretty good grasp on what we had to do, and even though we did not have a complicated case, we would feel much better applying while having the guidance and support of an immigration lawyer. It was completely worth it and we are so grateful we found MLC. We first started with Tameem - he was wonderful and helped us work out options for when waiting timelines for visas were more than doubled due to prioritizing Ukraine visas just as we were about to apply for a fiancé visa. We were able to make an informed decision on our next steps based on the advice that Tameem gave us and ultimately went with a civil marriage in the US in order to switch to applying for the fiancé visa - this was because we had already planned for, booked, and paid in full for our wedding in the UK that was to be in a few months and there was no guarantee (due to projected turnaround timelines) that my US passport would be back in my hands in time for me to return to the UK for our wedding date. After Tameem’s help, we were then placed in the insanely capable hands of Azima due to her experience and knowledge in US to UK cases. The cover letter that Azima wrote to include with our application was so detailed - we know that so much work went into taking everything that we had sent to her and she turned it into a very descriptive document that went above and beyond anything we could have put together ourselves. She was so on top of all aspects of application requirements and extremely thorough with making sure we had everything triple checked for accuracy - which was so appreciated. With the recent addition of priority being offered again, we received the spousal visa in just over 4 weeks after the biometric appointment, which was much faster than the 4 or 5 months we were anticipating based on previously stated expected timelines! We 100% recommend MLC Immigration Lawyers and cannot thank Tameem and Azima enough for their time and attention to making our visa process so smooth and much less nerve-racking than it would have been without them! - Melissa & Harry
