Shame there isn't an option for 0 stars! Save your money and go elsewhere. I ordered a diffuser and cleaning products, took 8 weeks for them to arrive. Admittedly the they were waiting on the diffuser however, they refused to dispatch the rest of the order despite it being there on the shelf ready. All so they could save on postage! I was told once they receive the diffuser they would dispatch the item right away and have it on 24 hour delivery. |False promise, several days later it turned up. No answer as to why either. Upon unpacking its clear the diffuser is 2nd hand, holes already drilled with marks from fitting with washers (all drilled in the wrong places too), deep scratches throughout, half of the fitting tabs were torn off and missing, fins for the edges cracked with a piece missing. I was then told due to how long i've been waiting they would rather offer me a partial refund to get the unit repaired and i'd keep it. Sent everything over as agreed, yet again i've had to chase them to find out they're now waiting to hear back from a supplier. So in the meantime i'm stuck with a used diffuser in the garage, unable to do anything with it until they pull their finger out. Complete lack of professionalism and communication throughout. I'm constantly chasing these guys. Half the time they dont answer the phone, never mind email. My advice, avoid and shop elsewhere.
