I needed an extremely squeaky staircase repaired and a couple of doors and handles installed. I was so glad that I came across MKT. Marc diagnosed the problem right away and thoroughly explained potential solutions, so we set a date and time for him to carry out the work. Marc turned up bang on time and within a few hours the job was complete and to our satisfaction, no more squeaks! Once I had my carpet installed, I needed all the house doors adjusted. At very short notice, Marc and Martin popped over to get the work done quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Marc. He created a media unit for us, which was exactly how I wanted it. Marc and his dad were punctual, polite and professional throughout the days the were working on the unit. They talked us through each step sharing their expertise. We used MKT carpentry to build us a bespoke home office, construct a media unit and complete some wall panelling. We are not only delighted with the results, but are so happy to have discovered Marc! Cannot fault his service at all, he’s friendly, professional, helpful, highly skilled, a great communicator, reliable, trustworthy and has a great eye for detail. His quote was also very fairly priced. But what sets Marc apart is that he not only cares about the quality of his work but also genuinely cares about his customers. He really wants you to be happy with the final design and quite honestly he went above and beyond for us, being flexible and responsive every step of the way. Both Marc and Martin were an absolute pleasure to have in our home, not only skilled and highly knowledgeable but just really lovely people! I usually dread having tradesmen in the house but they were great to have around and also really hardworking, turning up on time every day and finishing the job to a very high standard.
