Just wanted to say that everyone here is brilliant and makes me feel like I'm not a complete newbie when it comes to DIY. Frazer spotted me looking lost outside, jumped off the forklift and grabbed everything I needed and placed it all by my car. And I believe it's Paul on the desk who has helped me many times with things I've been lost with. Also, everyone says hello, it's so simple but so many places don't do it. A company with integrity. A very honest driver and a responsible office manager at Wallingford notified me immediately after an accident that resulted in part of my garden wall being knocked down during a delivery for my neighbours (quite a difficult turning to make at the best of times). I didn't see what happened as I was away on holiday at the time, and as far as I know this was unobserved by others so the driver could easily have just driven away from it. But he didn't. The Wallingford office then wrote me a letter that same day to inform me about it. I was very impressed by their integrity and then in helping me to have the damage fixed. [Note: I've not used MKM Building supplies for their services.]
