I had a problem with my old shower so needed a new one. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, gave me really good advice and the new shower is excellent quality and quite a bit cheaper than elsewhere. They also do kitchens and other building supplies. I'm very pleased with the service. There is plenty of customer parking.

Customer service not great when you have a problem, no apologies or anything, just 'it is what it is' type of attitude. Company is just another franchise which means you have the usual problem of each branch creating it's own rules, lack of continuity across branches and head office seems to have no authority over branches to keep a standard. Website information inaccurate. Won't be opening an account now because if this is what the first impressions are like you can imagine what the service will be like. Perhaps my local branch is excellent but I guess I'll never find out!
