Jus a thanks to Paul at MKM Chelmsford for dealing with Marleys delivery shortfall today. Professionally but forcefully dealt with the incompetent staff at AJW Distribution centre who refused to believe that their delivery had a shortfall and refused point blank to send out a replacement trim. Paul finally resolved the issue after a number of phone calls and i received the item this afternoon. cheers Paul.
