MKE, was recommended to me by a friend. I phoned them to find out if they can fix a heavy duty motor I have . The gentleman I spoke to was very pleasant over the phone. The next day I took the motor th them spoke with Alex paid an inspection fee ( reasonable) two days later got an email saying they can fix it but for £26 more they can supply a brand new motor, which will better than fixing the old one. A week later got the call that it's ready to collect. We had to make some adjustments to the wiring so it fits with the machine I have. A senior gentleman spent over a hour with me looking a the photos of the wiring loom I have in my machine to adjust how the motor will be wired. Two days later it was ready and I collected and fitted the next day in the machine. Top class service from everyone. They listen to your needs and help you in any way they can .
