Took our overlocker because we couldn't set the tensions up after a third-party service, no problem, sat me down for about 10 minutes and only charged me a nominal amount, super service and very nice people, definitely recommended

When I left my beloved Bernina 930 which is over about 40 year old I feared she would be for the scrap heap! I was reassured by the lady - presumably Roy's wife that if anyone could fix it he could! Parts were difficult to source however after some weeks suspect covid made it very difficult to get them the call came! Shes fixed and can come home! (Only another sewing enthusiast would get where I'm coming from) Fixed and serviced and running like a dream! Brilliant place if you've a Bernina this is the place to go!

Five years ago we got our sewing machine serviced and mended. They gave us excellent advice what needles should have used to avoid such problems. The machine is still in its best condition. Also, they have an excellent collection of textile accessories and threads. We would be visiting them soon to buy threads, haven't seen a quality like that anywhere else.
