My biggest regret is coming into contact with this awful solicitors. I had a 15 minute phone call/general enquiry - and within days, I received a bill for over £700. No work was undertaken, and I felt so afraid to question/query the bill (out of fear of the bill doubling), I paid. Please do yourself a favour and AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
