    REFUSING TO REFUND. I spent £400 on jewellery, including two gold plated rings, which are of such poor quality that they started to fade after only two wears. I visited the store to request a refund for the rings (within 30 days of purchase, per Consumer Rights Act). They asked me to leave the store and come back when the manager was available. I returned later that day as agreed but the manager was still not available and they sent me away again, saying we had to resolve it by email instead. They twice asked if I wanted leave the rings in the store in the meantime, which I refused to do because it seemed strange to leave the products and not receive a refund. It’s been two weeks since then, I have sent them four emails and they will not reply. I have tried to call using the mobile number per their Google info but the line is disconnected. Would you please return my emails so we can resolve this?
