Leah was amazing - she dealt with so much for us; all the viewings, the first sale falling through, all the random questions we (& potential buyers) asked, the exchange falling through, not once, but twice, only two days before completion was due; At all times Leah and the team were professional, honest, proactive, realistic, sympathetic and courteous. Leah was extremely reassuring to me as a first time buyer, answering my silly questions about the process and 'putting herself in my shoes', which ultimately put me at ease and made me never second guess my purchase.
