Old rotten rear wooden door replaced. Delighted with the result. MK responded to and fully met bespoke requirements, including completely replicating the door which was far from standard. All carefully crafted to match the existing full width wooden rear door/window frame, fits perfectly. Professional, polite, good, tidy and hard workers. Second time we have used them (dormer window replacement a few years ago, likewise still very pleased with that result as well).

We were struggling to close our garage doors which had slipped over time. I contacted MK Joinery on Saturday afternoon - when in theory they don't work - and the manager said he would come and see if he could fix it as he was a neighbour. It was unbelievably generous of him - and I can't recommend him highly enough!

Very disappointed I have contacted this company over a month ago , they are quick to charge initial fee but once that is done. They didn't arrive on time for the first visit and after that there is no updates what's so ever till I have contacted them more than 8 times each time they say they will call back not even once kept their word.

MK Complete Joinery responded swiftly and helpfully. We ordered five windows which arrived in good time and were beautifully finished. We were pleased and asked them to repair a large picture window. They responded promptly. The workmen were painstaking in their attention to detail. Because the windows are in a wall descending into the river, surveying and painting was very difficult and muddy work but their attention to tidiness and cleanliness was excellent.

Tim took huge care in designing them, then they were fitted, painted and the surrounding walls were replastered, repainted and made good. The workmen hoovered and tidied as they went. MK Joinery went the extra mile to make sure my windows both looked great and worked smoothly. I am very happy to recommend them.
