    A pretty dismal experience. I spent an 8 hour trip to be specifically see a couple of upright pianos. There was a piano I was particularly interested in and I had it checked out by local technician as it did have a sticking hammer. Made an offer near to asking price - received no reply. Then heard from the technician (not the shop) that it had already been sold. Perhaps the technician had bought it? Who knows? But not even the courtesy to reply to Email.Total waste of my time. I wouldn't bother with them.

    Came here as a side trip when attending the Leeds Graduation ceremony. Ann and Steven were really helpful and gave honest advice. Theres no hard sales here and your left to literally try as many pianos as you like. They don't rush you to buy and let you find the right piano which is what all piano shops should do! There is a huge selection of pianos here and i would recommend this establishment
