I had just got back from Spain after 3 months touring in our motorhome and couldn't get the heating to work. Rang a few plumbers, No joy. ....went out front of our apartment......van from Doncaster plumbing outside. I ask the driver if he could help......he says I've come to repair someone else's boiler, but I'll have a quick look. Cut a long story short.......after 45 mins he gets it working, the pump had seized from lack of use....smiling , happy chap, who I am told is Carl was a saviour. I ask him how much....he answers....no charge, it's my good deed......bless him, he was a star. Have since used them for new tap etc and booked a service for my boiler in January. What great service.....old school.....thank goodness for companies like this and Carl too. Made my day....
