I called to check exactly what to expect, and was told that the Navara tailgate I wanted to order would be freshly painted and "as good as new". What arrived was really scrappy. Paint runs, two corners had no paint on them at all, the inside of the tailgate was very poorly painted with the old colour showing through in patches. In December when it arrived I had to pay a body shop £100 to repair it. I complained in December. Today on 31 Jan I finally got a response, they are washing their hands of it. Not interested, nor do they care that they sent me a shoddy looking tailgate. I'd think twice about using them if I were you. Service: Part finding & extracting
