Andy did a small job cleaning my oven fan which was fine and I recommended him to instal a washing machine for my elderly mother. He had problems with a pipe flooding and left it taped up and she had to get a plumber in to fix it (he said this was because the pipe was old which being fair may be true, I’m unsure). Whilst doing the job he accidentally scratched the working surface and promised to come back and try and fill them/hide the scratches. This was two months ago and he has not been back and ignores phone calls and texts. Services: Oven repair, Washing machine repair

Would highly recommend. Came on time. Very nice man who respectfully wore a mask throughout visit. Couldn't mend my dishwasher as motor had gone and was quite old anyway. However, didn't charge me for visit as I ordered a new Hotpoint dishwasher from him at a very good price. Was integrated and the previous house owner had stuck the dishwasher door to the cupboard door! Took him quite a while to get it off and managed not to ruin door front. Took old one away. Great service. Will definitely use again. His wife is lovely also who I spoke to on the phone a few times.
