I went for my scale and polish yesterday. I had a new dentist which I wasn’t advised of. It was only when I looked at the text message reminder that I noticed the name had changed. I pay for private treatment and as such I believe I should of been advised that my usual dentist has left. I found Dr Polli M unwelcoming and unfriendly. She was short and sharp. And I’m sure was trying to hurt me more than necessary! I’m not having my next appointment with her. I’m going to try the NHS dentist and the experience is no better I will be changing dentists.
