As a young woman, it can feel a bit risky getting contractors in for jobs - will I feel safe? Am I being ripped off? MJ property protect took the time to conduct a detailed assessment free of charge of my potential house purchase with rising damp identified on the survey - the quote was a much better price than I expected and ran through in detail what I needed, without overselling unnecessary add ins. When I spoke to Jay it’s clear he knows his way around damp and I felt confident he could solve it. Jay and his dad spent a couple of days in total at my property and were super efficient and friendly - they took the time to talk through what they were doing and nothing was too much trouble - they cleaned up after themselves, and importantly for me I felt totally safe by myself with them. They bent over backwards to get the right colours for the damp paint on the front of the house, really helpful when I wasn’t sure what I wanted! Still need to see how the damp proof course works but with their warranty and great service I’m sure there’ll be no issues. Thanks MJ Property Protect!

MJ Property Protect, what can I say? They are all diamonds! Jamie, Jim, Lei and rest of the team were fantastic. Major damp proof working on my detached house. Full power wash down, anti fungicidal spray all over, top to bottom and painted with damp proof paint. Amazed at the transformation of my house, talk of the street. They are very reliable, clean and very courteous. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Great price too. 👍👍👍

"Jamie was great from the start very well mannered and presented young gentleman. He came in with a quote that was to competitive to compete with so we snatched his hands off! He booked us in for Thursday 21st October. His installation team was just as professional as Jamie was on time and very well presented! As promised jamie was on site throughout the whole installation process. I choose to have the dry Rod damp course and si flex waterproof render in white. The job was complete on time and to a very high spec his team worked tirelessly to complete the job and cleaned up after them selves. I would recommend these guys to any one!"

Jamie and the team carried out a damp proof injection at our property. From initial (very reasonable) quote (where everything was explained to us and evidence shown to us of moisture levels within the exterior walls) to getting the work done the team were professional, polite and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. It makes a very pleasant change to have somebody turn up on time, on the day they have arranged and to carry out the work to such a high standard and with such a friendly team. I will definately be using them again for other works and can highly recommend them.
