MJ Driving paired me with Paul and I am endlessly grateful. I passed first time learning with Paul. I was an older learner and I had a huge amount of anxiety around driving. Paul did an exceptional job at making me feel comfortable, confident, and safe. Paul does not apply a one size fits all course of learning, but instead, carefully adapts every single lesson to the needs of the learner. Paul takes a huge amount of pride in his work and ensures his learners leave him as safe and confident drivers. I would absolutely recommend this business for learning to drive. The coaching style is calm, straightfoward, and assured, the rates are reasonable, and I passed my test first time after working with Ben for a few months. The lessons were generally 1.5 hours long and were arranged around my schedule with little fuss and all the content needed for the test was well covered. I felt very comfortable in the car whilst driving, and never felt overwhelmed or agitated by Ben who did a great job of carefully and patiently giving instructions and directions, and would take pains to discuss mistakes and help me learn through them. Ben was a really good instructor to work with, and we had a good rapport, which allowed him to straightforwardly tell me if I'd gone wrong and how to do it better the next time. He also let me lead the sessions, to self assess areas where I needed to improve, and was happy to go over things multiple times if I felt I needed to practice them again. He was always polite and courteous and I am very grateful for his time. I don't doubt that he could teach anyone to drive.
