  Unprofessional Service, I do not recommend this firm for personal injury claims. My case took exactly 2 years to be complete and throughout that time it was very hard for me to get information about my claim. The case handler (trainee solicitor) was unorganised and never informed me of any updates on the case until I had to chase them. On one occasion, I was informed by the trainee solicitor that I had to attend a medical expert appointment in central London a day before the appointment. They are very careless and never respond to you on time. Even the solicitors responsible for the claim never kept in touch with me it was always the trainee solicitor who was very useless. I do not recommend this firm and will not use their service again.

  31/01/23 - Called to ask for further details for a straightforward witnessing of a signature on a 'life certificate'. Made it clear the documents was in two languages, Dutch and English, corroborated by official documentation by the Netherlands embassy in London. Nasrin, who I spoke to, said it would be "absolutely fine", on the 3 occasions I called. I offered to email this document to confirm it would be ok, but was advised that it would not be necessary. Thereafter, my grandmother, who suffers from multiple disabilities, myself and two toddlers, commuted the distance, only to be advised "we cannot do it" because they could not authenticate the official translation, as suggested by personal injury solicitor Sefaret Yaman. A notary public and an embassy had no issue with this, but Ms. Yaman changed her mind from thinking she could, to not. Not very good at her job, perhaps. Trust the 1 star reviews that indicate the true inconsistent, remiss nature of Miya Solicitors. If they are incapable of communicating something as small as this, what's to say of a bigger case... Or perhaps that's why they were so dismissive? If you decide to move forward with them, I wish you the very best of luck.

  I highly recommend Miya Solicitors, the professionalism and level of care throughout a very traumatic experience they showed to my mother and I was incredible. They supported us both every step of the way and my mother who has been left severely disabled after a medical negligence claim now has the peace of mind that she needs all thanks to Miya. During a mediation meeting I found myself slightly overwhelmed not due to the circumstances, because the passion that Mustafa Ibrahim showed quite literally left me speechless. In that moment I felt as if he was fighting this battle for his own mother, it was a very emotional moment for me and this is only one of the reasons that I can not recommend them enough. Faruk Tinaz was always available to us, he also went above and beyond for my mother and I, so much so that it felt that we had formed a friendship with him. Faruk is not only an asset to Miya he is an asset to the entire industry and this world. As the claim was being finalised I realised that it was a bitter sweet moment, the battle was finally coming to an end however so was my journey with Miya. What they have achieved for my mother, there are no words to express the level of my gratitude. I owe this company everything, they made the worst experience of my life seem some what easier. I hope that I will never require such services again for a medical negligence claim but if I did I would definitely be using them. 5 stars does not suffice, they deserve 10.
