This course is really for anyone, from no experience to experienced. I’ve been bartending for a year now and having done this course I learnt a completely different side of it, from learning how to Minimise mess and waste all the way to learning how each spirit is made. Myles our instructor taught me so much more than I thought when starting this course, managing to acquire a qualification in just 5 days. Even if you are already a bartender like myself I would definitely recommend, I learnt a lot and also had a really great time doing it. Thank you Myles & Zoe

I had the great opportunity of attending the Mixology course. Our trainer Myles is a walking encylopedia of drinks and cocktails. The hands on approach on from him in making & crafting cocktails was such a superb way of learning and certainly boosted my confidence. A must for anyone who wants to boost their bar knowledge and skills.

I had a fantastic time learning from Myles last week. My sister and I are setting up a mobile bar and wanted to learn high quality service, business and mixology - and Myles definitely provided. He is a bloody good teacher with a wealth of knowledge and experience he is passionate to share, I was engaged the entire time and I'm easily distracted. Having Myles as a contact (and friend) in itself seems like an asset, let alone all of the info and practical skills that we acquired last week. We will definitely be looking to continue to improve after we have some experience under our belts and I won't be going anywhere else for CPD. See you soon guys!

Myles and Zoe are wonders. We have a neuro diverse son who was never suited to school or college but Mixology group have managed to get him through his WSET1 and to complete his global bartending certificate and having dropped out of college over a year ago he now has his first job in hospitality which he's really enjoying. They are super knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the industry which translates into the courses they teach.
