Truly dreadful service - you have been warned! Ordered an eyeshadow palette for two separate events almost two weeks ago, which has STILL not been received. Sellers are uninterested in customer service as messages sent to them remain unanswered. Having complained directly to Ebay this morning, it appears that they can reply to messages but only to be abusive, telling me to enjoy the palette that I HAVEN'T received, as if I'd commit fraud for a £2.50 eyeshadow! AVOID AT ALL COST!
