    I first started training with Mia a year ago for a weekly session in Hackney Downs. Best decision I ever made! Mia has always been a bundle of energy and enthusiasm and has made sure our sessions are fun but challenging. She is intuitive at getting the right balance in pushing you to reach your goals while making things fun. She is great at tracking and supporting wins along the way and has a great balance between routine and variety, mixing our sessions in with boxing and focusing on technique and good form. I have loved working outdoors as well as the zoom sessions when I’ve been travelling and now I’ve moved back to NZ. I went from running 3km to 10km in 6 months and over the year I’ve lost 2 stone slowly and sustainably, matching it with other exercise and good eating habits while not letting go of a sweet treat and a night at the pub. She’s always helpful with suggestions and sharing her other online workouts and I even brought my ma for a family workout!
