the sales team here is exceptionally rude!! even the security guard seemed snobby and he was shouting at customers for not taking a seat when they first entered the store. a sales associate who was "helping me" just trailed behind me as i looked at handbags, and i eventually bought the bag i wanted at the selfridges location where the team was so much friendlier! please avoid at all costs!!!

[ I paid £950 for an empty box!!!!! ] Should be zero star!!! I bought a cardigan for £950 and asked Miumiu if they can do the alterations. They told me to leave the item in the store and they’d discussed with tailor. I didn’t have time to pick up from the store, so I asked them to post it to me. In the end I received an empty box. I sent the msg to the sales right away after I found out the box was empty. It's been three months, I don’t get any refund or my cloth. They just keeping told me they’re working on it, but 3 months past, I don’t think it should take that long and I’m not sure if Miumiu needs 3 more years or something! It’s a shame a super brand did this to customers who buy things from them every month
