We have had a very bad experience with MiTour. We booked a club tour for May 2020, but this obviously was not provided due to lockdown. We tried for two years to make contact with the company but they did not reply to any of our emails or calls. However in this time they were still advertising on Facebook and replying to sales leads to book new tours. They claimed furlough. We have now had a reply and they are refusing to refund the parents money they hold, and even suggesting we should have paid more as the country was going into lockdown and travel was illegal???? I have written to them and been threatened with legal action by the director, Gareth Williams if I said anything publicly: "if this matter is made public............. I will be instructing our legal representative to make a claim for damages caused to the business reputation". Everything I have said has been factual. So we have a team full of parents out of pocket and a company that ignored us for years refusing to refund for services they were unable to provide. Personally if booking a club tour I would book with a company that I trusted to act in a decent, honest manner with parents money. People can make their own minds up how they feel our club has been treated.

Very disappointed with Mitour. The whole experience of our rugby tour to France was a disaster. From the coach company used, who broke down and so missed a day of our 4 day tour, to the rugby games that had not been arranged properly and so didn't happen. Very stressful, no communication and no compensation..

My child played in London cup with his team Lambeth Tigers U10s. This was the second time playing for London Cup Tournament. Last year we won 2018 London cup where the children got a medal each and a big London cup trophy. This year 2019 the kids worked hard and won the London Cup again....however when it came to them receiving their medal and another trophy we was told the 2 day tournament where the children had to play groups on the first day and knock outs on the second day was not competitive and just fun. There was no London Cup to be won at all, this was not explained in advance. Bare in mind you have to pay an enterance fee to enter the park on day as well as paying to enter the tournament ....... all of this for a friendly tournament. How can the tournament be called London Cup Tournament with no actual CUP. Still waiting for an reasonably explanations. Because the people working there said there was never a Cup even though i showed them the trophy from last year. All the children receive the exact same medal no matter where you finish. So if your happy to pay for non-competitive friendly tournament with no London Cup then this tournament is great but as fot me this will be my last year. A friendly shouldn't take 2 days should be around robin and should be stated from start.
